Akita T Caldari Navy Volunteer Task Force	Posted - 2008.01.29 06:37:00 - [1] Just so I can bring my trusty "corpse dispenser" (a.k.a. "CNVTF Diplomat") to watch the pretty blinkenlights and such. I've noticed plenty of reinforced towers there, so to be honest, no idea which one to pick as watching spot... or should I rather go to the station instead ? Would be easier to ask in local, I know, but nobody's answering and all I end up having to do is make the 3j trip all over again 1\|2\|3\|4\|5.

I managed to get on 4 killmails and then warp out with a quarter of shields left on my recon. Not a bad evening for me considering the numbers in system.

This is however an advanced technique and only suggested for high sp players.

As you jump into qy6, take a screen shot right at the moment the UI drops, and your mods still show.Log out of EVE and take that screen shot and stare at it for what seems like forever.Enjoy as about 98% us get this experience. Then try to log back in to eve for an hour or so doing laundry and cooking diiner while checking back every 2 minutes to see if anything has changed(it hasn't) and get more chores done.Thanks for the tidy computer area CCP!!

Cut out some of the lag on the system and hopefully cut down on folks getting turkey shot when they get placed on grid but fail to load grid. Then again since loading into a system has priority over logging maybe this isn't such a great idea. and to be clear I'm not advocating logging off to escape combat or to pull a logon trap. Good thing it's just a "corpse dispenser" alt with no training whatsoever then, isn't it ? I can just log on the main char if the observer alt's location is FUBAR. And, hey, if I'm lucky, somebody might, you know, actually pod me for a quick "load 3j away in lag-less area" powerup ! In my completely unrelated to this war post, hell assume it's not even CAOD cause I realy shouldn't post here .... turns out, they don't do that "reinforcing" anymore cause it messes up stuff and their hamsters get jet lag (well, other things, but I can't remember what that GM replied not long ago). Neutral spectators are not welcome, especially when important people need to get in the system. Try waiting outside in the street for traffic or something.
