We in Lone Starr are a pleasant, crazy bunch of swedes who PVP. We exclusively use ventrilo for corp-comms and do just about everything together as a small family.
Our motto could be said to be: "No politics, as few blues as possible, lots of neutrals to kill."
We reside in the region of Syndicate, which we ourselves consider to be one of the best regions in 0.0 to small-gang PVP in. A typical gang we can fly in is nano-HACS when we roam around Syndicate, or BS, carriers and other assorted goodies when we want to fight closer to home.
Our requirements are that you have in the area of 10 mil skill points, preferrably aligned towards PVP and that you are mature and with some sense of humor - because you may be forced to listen to Master Franz and Oden's X-rated conversations on the Vent. 
Some courage is preferrable as well, as you will find we will not shy away from jumping in 5 people into a blob of 20 enemies and wreak havoc. 
Also, since we are 100% swedes in the corp, we also require that you are either swedish or speak swedish fluently, since voice comms is our primary venue of communication.
So if you are bored with blob-wars, boring politics, solo-pvp or carebearing in empire and just want to have a relaxed and fun time with like-minded people, apply to Lone Starr today!

Well much as I hate to say this as the ceo of an anti-pirate corp who have had our share of run ins with these guys, if you are a pirate then these are a good bunch of guys (for pirate scum ))and well organized.

Recap of first day of our 'for kicks'-war in empire:
We started by killing stragglers who tried to be brave in small ships and then got reports of a Chimera undocked and playing brave with a corpmate in low-sec.
So we rounded up everyone for a nice trap, and when the carrier agressed our corpmate, we all jump in and our 8km/s nano-machariel bump the carrier 40k off station and we go to work on him. Fighters and drones pop everywhere and he slowly but steadily goes down under our pressure.
Soon thereafter. -Pop- Nice carrier kill bagged from wartarget.
Kills: 5 wartargets, 0 losses.

These guys are good, really. And they have giant brass balls. And their forward scout is usually drunk!
I only have one complaint about hanging out with them; they never did teach me how to swear properly in Swedish. :(
