This date marks an accomplishment to which few can lay claim; the completion of an Avatar-class Titan in an undisclosed system.
Long had we labored to achieve this mighty feat - one which will echo in the annals of Eve history as the day when a Revolution had begun. Have no doubt that secrecy, above all else, was the greater task concerning the construction of the "Hammer's Fall".
It saddens me to announce that, so shortly after our mighty achievement, I am forced to retire from this great game in which I have invested so many hours. Unfortunately, I do so because I am called to war in a much different game - real life. My corporation is all but dissolved save for those members I deem necessary for the completion of this Lottery. Scoff all you will at the feasibility of such a Lottery - such is not my concern.
As my parting gift to the Eve community I offer but one thing. Not only a Titan. Instead, I offer the means for change; change in a game which has become much too convoluted with the dealings of mega-corporations and oversized, underskilled alliances. Instead, I offer an opportunity for a chosen few to take this weapon and make a splash. A really, really big splash. The ability to deploy such a powerhouse of a ship can surely change the tides of war.
So, without further ado, I announce the terms of this Lottery.
1. Tickets will be sold at 8,000,000 ISK each. There will be a total of 99 tickets.
2. All Ticket-holders will be kept strictly confidential.
3. A maximum of THREE tickets will be sold per person. Any character suspected of being an alt or of any other dubious background will be DENIED service.
4. Any outlaw or member of an outlaw corporation will be DENIED service.
5. Any member of any corporation which belongs to an alliance which is known to own a Titan-class ship will be DENIED service.
ALL proceeds will be donated to the winning ticket-holder.
Terms of delivery will be discussed and arranged after the winner is announced. Please do NOT purchase a ticket if you have no means to arrange for safe transfer. I would prefer the legacy is not concerning Eve's shortest-lived Titan.
The draw will occur one week from now - Tuesday, February 5th at 1600 Eve-time. The draw will take place REGARDLESS of ticket sales. Should only 4 tickets total be purchased - the draw will take place.
Send an Eve-mail detailing your selected numbers and the appropriate amount of ISK to "Sylvanor".

So how did you build the mushroom if your corp isn't even in an alliance?
Also, you'd get a lot more interest if you offer to secure the lottery by a third party (Chribba?).

This will be a scam, I would suggest sending of no more iskies.
To the op if this is not a scam then accept my apologies, I would suggest you employ services of Chribba to hold the titan and increase ticket prices to cover his fee.

I'd be happy to verify the existance of the Avatar at least if wanted. Also, I wonder 8 million per ticket and only 99 ticket... 792 million in total for a ship that could easily be sold for 60 billion.
My apologies but that just doesn't make sense to me even if you're quitting as I am confident that one of your corp/alliance mates would gladly take it off your hands.
Either way, I'd be happy to offer a 5 billion buyout of the ship in case it is real and my offer is of interest.

Ticket prices will not be increased; it seems most of you have have to see that ISK is not the driving factor behind this Lottery. Chribba, I will send you an Eve-mail shortly - hopefully we can work something out concerning 3rd party verification. No buy-out.

have the lot of you ever though there are genuinely nice ppl in eve as in real life.
i allways give a person the benefit of the doubt and after a person in jita gave me 1b cause i answered a question in trivia i do belive there are nice ppl everywhere :)

First I'll probably have a chr buy tickets because.. well I've given away billions on whims myself..
But if it is a scam it has some great potential as with the secrecy the numbers can be sold many times over so the 792m could end up being many billion with such a low ticket price and alts double posting to get more tickets.
With the price low and the what the heck factor high and the chance that the guy may be genuinely a cool dude and for real it's all good. Heck even if it is a scam it's a good one and the couple mil for the ticket is worth the effort he put into it^^

The huge surge of ticket purchases has kept me busy and I had not had a chance to update in between. Tickets are selling at a phenomenal rate; expect them to be sold out by tomorrow's DT at the latest.

LOL, this really is a nice little scam tbqh, we all think he is being modest and "only" asking 8 million per ticket, so if its a scam its really not a very good one, only giving him some 800 million ISK...
But the problem is: with all ticket holders kept secret, there really is no way to verify the number of sold tickets... Who wants to bet he has sold more than 100 tickets already? Anyone care to wager they are the only ones with ticket number 43?
All of a sudden its likely he has gotten more than those 800 million after all...
I'll hand it to you though, as scams go, this one is not too bad. Do you have the guts to tell everyone afterwards, or will you just disappear like so many others?
