Excellent job. After trying a few of the different asset managers available, this is the one I like the best. I dig the uncluttered UI.
One thing I would like to see added is the ability to see the totals that are available on the reports without having to go through the step of actually generating a report. I'm less interested in seeing the ISK values than the actual quantities available if that makes it easier.
I'd also love to have a way to see the info from my own exported buy/sell order dumps from within Eve from the assest list. I am aware MEEP tries to do something like this, but it doesn't seem to work with actual assets (or it does it in a non-obvious way I haven't discovered). What I want is to be able to view market orders then see what inventory I have on hand, so I can get a rough idea of how much cargo space I need, and the route to take to pickup and deliver to a buyer. This might be out of EAM's scope, but I had to ask :)

Interesting. I have a decent list of "to-do" items already, but your idea sounds like something I'd like to experiment with when I have time.
How would you like to view this information? Could you write out your imagined workflow for me so I have a better idea of what you're trying to accomplish? Something like,
1. Open a file browser and select some market dump files.
2. Application displays a list of item types corresponding to the dumps you just selected and a total count of your inventory of each item.
3. You select an item type and view... what? A list of your inventory by location? Multiplied by a price, I'd assume, to estimate value? But which price?
Go ahead and ramble on about it as much as you care to.

Ok mate, I can honestly say, I frigging love this application for one VERY important reason.
I didnt know I had so many GSCs anchored all across space lol, broke out my scan probes and abit of guesswork on what the PWs might have been, and I am a few hundred mil better off (yes I know its my own fault for forgetting that I have anchored cans lol)

OMG. I can't believe i haven't heard of this before. Amazing application.
Found a GSC anchored in my old stomping grounds and it listed me all the stuff thats there, some of it has greatly increased in price since the old days, and know i know it's worth getting back to that can.

Pretty promising and nice, but may i suggest or even ask to add MySQL and/or PostgreSQL support? It will make things a little bit faster and nicer to use in enterprise ;))

My corporation shows many assets in small containers with a number, e.g. Small Standard Container #449953534. The location field for these items is blank. Is there a way to find where these containers are located? Perhaps search for a container by number?

The POS fuel report is awesome, it would be even better if you could define and save the export path and filename, and save the querey used to generate the report.
I use this html output as an input to a POS manager excel sheet I am working on to give 'live' fuel levels an fuel held in storage.
It would be nice to have this as a 1 click export....

Unfortunately, no, it is not possible to differentiate between copies and originals via the API. ... 
Wondering: are ME/PE/Runs reported. Perhaps via logic BPO/BPC relationship can be discovered. i.e. how many runs does a BPO report via API - or maybe these are not reported. so  or " again".

Getting an error, happens everytime i start assets manager.
Failed to get asset information for char.
blah,blah,blah
Your assets might be out of date, using cache, etc etc.
Was working ok now it hangs alot before and after the error.
Any ideas?

your main issue would be the crap with System.Windows.Forms and alike, as the last time i worked with MONO it was a pile of fedoes(by lack of being able to name that more accurately due to censorfilter)... so unless they improved that by a ton it'll be your main issue.
System.Windows.Forms is completed nearly 100% in the latest mono. I've not seen any big problems with SWF under Linux with at least 30 test-applications. So if he didn't use any native code it is mostly guaranteed to work.

Yo. I just started using your program and I love it.
I just started getting an error though.

Here is how/why I think it happened.
I made a query with about 7 arguments OR / OR / OR / OR Etc.
I named it "0.0 item list". After such I added MORE queries and saved again "0.0 item list".
The THIRD time I added a new query and saved "0.0 item list". The error popped up.
Now every time I load the program the error pops up again.
I think it had something to do with overwriting save files via "saving."
Anyways... I hope you are still working on the program! |

Hi there, i've been using this tool since it was released and I love it. I was wondering if its still under development at all tho and if features that were discussed like the ability to select columns were ever going to be implemented?
Also it returns a blank for items that are in any of the stations that are new since the patch, I know this is probably due to the static data export being out of date (there are a couple stations named wrong, too), but is there any chance of a workaround being implemented somehow so that new stations added to the game dont return blanks?

trying to get this to run on vista 64bit.
I tried to install .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package x64 on my computer, but it says it is already part of the operating system.
So what am I doing wrong?

Is there a way to see which solar system/station items inside containers are located in corp asset searches? The location field is blank, and it shows "Station Container #12397423789" in the container field.

You could use my Eve Market Scanner
Great Job on the Asset manager, Goncyn. It really works well and it's very clean.
I would recommend a quicker way to filter by character. As in a dropdown of the know charaters on the account.
Also disabling certain columns would be nice, and is quite easy to implement (as you probably already know )

EDIT: Oh btw (To users) the new Empyrean age dump can be downloaded here. You can just rename it to the old trinity_1.0_sqlite3.db until a new release is out where you can choose the file to use
