No but my alliance does, so Im training dictors first. They fill 2 very different rolls.

I wnt forget em gees there expensive 40 mill for dictors, and 10 mill for gravitation physics!

wow you guys are new to pvp arn't you? t2 cruisers take skills and isk. Wait till you start having to buy and fit them. AND RIG! Wait till you have to front isks for BS5 required ships (Carriers, dreads, black ops) i'm broke son!
Broadsword is great tho...

T2 med gun specs 4
All gun support shield support 4/5
Energy skills 5
hint: Shield rigging 4
It's worth it, 1/2 the price fitted well compared to a non-faction vagabond.

Give or take a few days here, but if you got decent learning skills + implants:
cruiser V - about 25 days
science V - about 5 days
propulsion jamming V - about 15 days
graviton skill IV - 5 days
overall: 50 days of training considering you have support skills already up

Yeh I have most of that already to 4 or 5 so it wnt take long I can use tech 2 turrets and shield tank so I think ill be fine. Wouldnt mind using the t2 rigs though!
