ccps version of 'fixing' amarr is removeing 2% Em resistance of T2 mattar ships and move down the ravens armor EM resist with 10%...
come on people we need more than this!! how about the cap issues?? the fact that some ships cant fit tank and guns?

Also, If you arent flying a bs - mainly the baddon - and you have cap problems, you need to train some skills, or stop using conflag.
lol i'm mostly talking about the amarr cruiser line of ships. besides sure they remove 10% or the armor tanks. but they also remove explo damage of shields...and those 2% of the mattar shield tanks wont help us...

sure amarr got 80/90 explo on thier ships...there is just one thing about that...
1) the 80/ explo resist is ON SHIELD! its more like 60% on armor 2) mattar can chose an ammo that do kin7em damage instead...they are not stuck to EM/THERM as amarr...
and no amarr cruisers are not 'fine'. have you ever tried to get a good pvp fitting on an omen?

There are way to many threads dealing with this already, and tbh, it's just getting too sickening. NO ships can fit 'tank and guns' if you're idea of 'tank and guns' is all gank and all tank. Get over yourself and stop crying like a little girl.
If you don't like Amarr ships, there is nothing stopping you from flying other ships. That's pretty simple, wouldn't you agree? All of this information is here, everywhere and at your disposal, yet someone just twisted your arm and forced you to only fly Amarr and only train a handful of skills that apply to Amarr ships?

i see that other people have answered you on this already but i want to do it myself. lets start with my favorite example on whats wrong with amarr. The Omen. The Omen is a stereotypical example of the Amarrian School of thinking when it comes to ship design: thick armor and hard hitting lasers. Advancements in heat dissipation allow the Omen to fire its lasers faster than other ships without this technology.
Special Ability: 10% bonus to Medium Energy Turret capacitor use per level and 5% bonus to Medium Energy Turret rate of fire per level.
sounds great dont it? well now add the fact that you can only fit ANY tank if you add the lower tier of pulse lasers. now add the fact that it only got 3 med slots. the mix of the cap use of lasers, low amount of low med slots(you need all those low slots of tank and to keep the ship with cap, it only got 5 lows afterall) make this ship just...bad. put 2 people in a vexor and a omen and give them the same amount of SP and time to get used to the ship and the guy in the vexor will win every time. or maybe a caracal VS an omen...the caracal win...stabber vs omen...the stabber win...
see my point yet or do i need to hit you with an amarr size nerfbat?

This does not help Amarr in any way tbqfh.
The only race that gains alot of this is MinMatar. EMP will hit even harder now, as it's a mix of EM/Explo/Kinetic. So you got two times -10% resistance improvement by this.
Biggest issue with Amarr is cap, not some resistances that every n00b is trying to tell. Amarr does enough damage compared to others, they just lack the cap to run a Repairer while firing their weapons as long as all other races do. Thats the real discrepancy thats unbalancing Amarr.
Amarr should be able to fire their Lasers nonStop with related Skills at LvL 5, which is impossible on many amarrian ships atm. Forget about running a repairer the same time.
Neutralizers do effect Amarr even more then other races, as they don't have enough cap to neutralize a target on their own, so the other races again are in advantage here, especially MinMatar and Caldari, as they don't need cap to fire their weapons.
So OK, we do more damage on armor now, while MinMatar does more damage on shields and armor at the same time.
Fit a DCU II + 2x EANM and see how big the advantage of this change will be. It's null.
Make amarr what they should be from the beginning: flying reactors with huge amounts of cap generated, but don't come up with a silly thing like this
exactly. more cap and maybe some fitting and some thought into some of the ships(omen,zealot,maller,apoc) would fix amarr.
i also think the dont dare do it...they are afraid of tripple rep abbadons with autocannons...
besides if amarr actuly starts to get good you can prepere for a whine storm never seen before from the gallente as they isnt best anymore...
