Ed. I am having problems with the transfer..
I can see on the forum that it is a know ccp problem.
I have sent a petition ! I will try and try during the day to transfer... write me if any problems.

Hello, I am GM CiD, a member of the EVE Online Customer Support team. I work on the billing side of the Customer Support team and in this post I hope to shed some light on an issue with character transfers.
The problem here is that the correct error message is not being displayed and the message defaults to "unable to authorize payment at this time" error message, which does not do much to help players with their transfer issue.
This issue is known and has been for some time now. We are working to fix this as soon as possible, however I am unable to predict when this will be resolved and a fix implemented. In the mean time here is a check list to make your lives a little easier and hopefully this will help you initiating the character transfer. |

Frank, thank you for the tip.
I have followed all ccp's own tips also and it does not work. I am still trying and have no luck with either Visa or Paypal.
I see many others have the same problem. Hope they answer my petition soon ! |

hope your transfering to "ed swift" as this toon has no free slots. it was my other char that made the transfer as per ccp rules.
tbh the new account page seems to have many issues n problems, but a petition normally sorts things out fairly quickly. |

its been way over 24hrs now with no solution available. to be honest i dont really want this to go on any further,
i know its a bummer for you as CCP delaying your petition, but from my point of view i have complied with CCP rules regarding payments etc etc.
i have started a new account so i can run some lvl 4's and have a look at incursions as an isk faucet, and time lost=isk lost and i cant really bid on any other chars, so if CCP dont reply to your petition by 14:00 i would appreciate if you could return the isk to the char that sent it so that i can bid on another toon.
