pretty nice char, not the best, not many lvl 5 important skills like gunnery and things...i would say to start bidding at about 900mil-1 bil with a 10mil min increase if u were to sell it

I think it's worth much more... it can fly a freighter, Jump Freighter ready, it has a Charon freighter in assets (Only the Charon is worth 800M at least!). He can fly caldari and gallente transport ships, so you just have to buy Gallente Freighter skill to be able to fly gallente Jump Freighters too...
Only for his assets he's worth 1B at least, i'm expecting a fair price check for it.

I'm not an expert, but I'd say start with 2 Bil in increments of 250 mil.
It should sell fairly easily.

The fact that you are trying to do 2 things at once here could complicate things. You would, most likely, be better off selling most of your large asests in game and then selling this character for the SPs. With assets you will be requiring people to buy things they may not want.
With assets 1.8 - 2.5 billion depending on the interest in your assets
without assets ~ 1-2 billion depending on how many people want a multi race hauler ring now....
