Trying to get a POS for my corp in high sec, bit i cant anchor it cos of standings with caldari state. How do i get my standingd up with them?

Run missions, run lots and lots of missions, u will get storyline missions, these will increase ur faction standing.
Also, is ur personal standing at 5.0 or ur corp standing? ur corp standing needs to be good also afaik (unless ccp changed that as well just like with the JC's???)

How do I hire someone to do it for me? And how much would it cost in the long run?

You will need someone to join your corp who have fantastic caldari standing, your corps standing will slowly increase (daily I think) until it reaches an avg of all your members.
The best way would be to get all your corp to gang up and run level 4 missions.

Running Level 3's will increase your standing alot faster, since you can easily get a storyline every 2-3 hours.

Daily Standing Change = (Average Standings û Current Standings) / 4
If you have perf 10 standings, or hire someone that does, and are the only one in the corp it will take 4 days to get above 7.00 for highest possible anchoring.

Ok, so can I get some quotes to hire someone?
Lookingn for the cheapest, and easiest offer for me, and my corp :)
(We'd rather not have to break up the corp to do it)

The going rate is about 70-100 mil to be able to anchor in .5 You donot have to break up the corp, but you may have to have a few people leave for a few days (the ones with worst caldari standings).
My advice is to put together everything you need before you hire someone (i.e. tower + anchoring 2+empty moon). To anchor a tower you only need anchoring 1, but you need 2 for some guns/ewar (dont remember which I just remember i had to get it later). Do not tell the person you're hiring where you're putting up the corp and do not give him roles/shares etc. Once you anchor the tower your standings can fall. You'll still be able to add remove stuff as long as you do not unanchor the tower itself.

The formula given above is for factional standing not individual corp standing. But yes, if you have corp standing of 7 (forgot the exact formula) you can use lvl4 agents even if you've never even ran a level2 before.

Are you asking that if your corp (player corp) has high standings towards an NPC faction or corp then can corp members use higher level agents based on the player corp to npc corp standings? If so, the answer is no. In fact, if they then did use a lower level agent the corp standings would start falling to the average of all members.
The benefits of high player corp to npc faction or corp standings is either the ability to ancor POS in high sec (faction standings > 5.0) or the ability to use jump clones (corp standings > 8.0).
