Looking for info about cargo and logistic options on a few ships.
I have all basic skills to get a dread, carrier, jump freighter or a industrial capital.
CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG!
Afaik this is the prices on the ships...
Carrier - about 1bil
Dread - 1.5-2bil
Rorqual - 2-2.5bil
Jump Freighter - 7-10bil but noone rly knows i guess????
I need to know how mutch eatch type of ship can haul in moduls/items and in assembled ships. What limits do they have etc?
Carrier - 1mil m3 for assembled ships? 20k cargo hold, 20k corp hangar hold? can i put haulers with cargo in ship bay? can i put any ships in ship bay? can i use both cargo hold and corp hangar for hauling?
Dread - i dont know anything about them. what size of hangars do they have?
Rorqual - 120k m3 in cargo hold, 800k m3 in ship bay. Any rules how it is used for logistic? can any ship be placed that is assembled in the ship bay?
Jump freighter - any info you might know, pls share. I read about a boost... But what now, what can they take, what can they do?
I will only use it for logistic/hauling. I need to move large amount of items/moduls/minerals and maybe some ships.
Thanks

Ships in the carrier ship bay can only hold ammo/charges.
A dread fitted for hauling is about 70-80km3
The rorq's ship bay can only be used for barges(not sure about industrials)
I myself would get a Rorqual for hauling goods, a Carrier for moving ships. If you have loads of money to burn a jump freighter would I suppose be better than a rorqual. ----

It really depends on what kind of logistics you want to transport, if min's then a roqual for definate as you can condense it all down and jump it. If ships then a carrier and if general goods then a dread or roqual. It also depends on what your corp does i.e. if you do combat then a carrier / dread would be both beneficial to yourself and your corp but if you are indstrial based then a roqual would be a big advantage.
Jump freighters in my opinion are too expensive, sure if you have isk to burn then a JF is fine but the price doesnt really outweigh the benefit in my opinion.

Carrier has about 3500m3 cargo bay, you can expand it if you drop a tank, depending on the race depends on how high you can get it. About 16,000m3 with the Gallente one, provided you don't tarnish the thing with cargo rigs.
They only have 10,000m3 as a corp hangar.
Dreads you can get 33,000m3 into a phoenix, (not cargo rigged). Maybe 70-80k in a revelation.
Rorqual I think is in the 126-143k range with T1/T2 riggs.
Jump freighters are about to get a buffed with: Anshar: 351.562 m3 Ark: 344.531 m3 Nomad: 337.500 m3 Rhea: 367.968 m3
Rorqual hauls more but the skills to pilot it are much more expensive, and it does get up there abit once you fit T2 rigs etc. The upside is it can tank somewhat, the downside is that you may need to make 3x as many trips.
Carrier will be the best at moving assembled ships and jumpfreighter the best at moving other larger quantities of items. If what you are concerned about is the amount of time you spend doing it. Packaged ships should be moved more easily with a jump freighter, even if you had the option to un-package them for a carrier. Carriers are now fairly useless for hauling anything other than ships and small quantities of valuable mods.

The roqual can hold industrials, but I am not sure whether they can hold things themselves.

No cargo allowed in cargoholds of ships stored into the maintenance bay :/
