You are missing a few things.
1. You need to state who's getting the ISK, and next make a reply to this thread with the ISK receiver.
2. Link your skill tree (eg. www.ineve.net)

one should be able to use tech 2 mod before tech 2 ship.
nothing more embarrassing than a tech 2 ship pilot with tech 1 weapons.
vaga with 220mm gallium ac or stabber fleet with 220mm II is more acceptable?
character should sell well considering its a mini with good gunnery skills under 200 mil per 1 mil sp.
