The notice is below: Quote: Well, yet again, the overwhelming popularity of EVE-Radio has used up our monthly bandwidth quotas. In fact, we have gone well over our inclusive bandwidth û which is going to hit us hard in the pocket. Unfortunately, we have had to take the decision to take EVE-Radio off-air until 1st April 2004 when our bandwidth quotas reset. The good news, however, is that EVE-Radio will be purchasing a third server on 1st April 2004. This will increase our current bandwidth limit from 1.4 terabytes to 2.1 terabytes (2,100 Gigabytes). This will of course increase our operating costs, which means our new monthly donation target will be ú180 per month (One server costs us around ú70 per month, of which we will have three). We hope that with the increase in popularity, weÆll see the increase in donations! Within 10 minutes, we received a real, monetary donation to the value of ú500 (GBP) from a donor who has chosen to remain anonymous. When asked why, we had the following reply: Quote: I'm anonymous since I'm already in the IRC and in-game channels. How could I ever enter an eve-radio competition again without people claiming favouritism? :-) I'm a listener, I like what I hear and I'd hate for it to disappear. Keep on rocking, Anonymous In total this month, we have raised over ú685 (1,246.23 USD)! As you can imagine, the EVE-Radio team is in high spirits, as we can now invest in a third server (possibly 4th???) to increase our capacity even further!! Just to note, all the cash goes back in to paying for more severs and bandwidth. A full breakdown of our costs will shortly be made available on our web-site (With links to our bandwidth providers). We feel itÆs right that you know what weÆre spending your money on (Servers, and lots of them!). Once again, the community stepped in when we needed it (This isnÆt the first time!). Eve radio is an independent organisation, and has no offical (or unofficial) links to CCP, Eve Radio is provided by the community for the community. but yeah it rocks! -----------------------------------------------

Now pretty much anything can happen on the radio and there would be no problem (EG Eve Radio Army would not happen...Max Rabe would never know we exist!) Still Thank you very much to the person that donated that much, if he ever needs his porche washed just drop me a line! Take comfort in knowing that its probably some pimply faced twit, or 40 year old virgin, who gleens everytime mommy offfers to take them to needle point lessons
