This bpo is on contracts for the next 24hrs @ 12 billion isk.
I have offers of 6 billion isk from 2 people, so i will not accept lower offers than that, I want to sell this weekend, so am considering any mail offers.
This price is not based on Profits per year.
This is not a Tech 1 Bpo that anyone can buy at NPC price.
I dont care If people discuss the price, it just means more bumps for my thread, and eventually someone who has plenty of isk but no Tech II ship bpo will see it and i will get the offer i want or it will simply sell off contract.
It is in Domain region.

Good luck on that one. Considering that you are posting with an alt, combined with the fact that you are clearly aware of the so called margin on this BPO: you clearly need only one thing, and one thing only, a complete and utter moron, which there are plenty in EVE, to pay 6 Billion for a BPO that makes less than 250 Million ISK a year...

This BPO in particular has been discussed in the MD forum. While it would be nice to own... paying the equivalent of 20 years profit for a BPO is a bit outlandish.
I'll monitor in-case the price drops, since another auction has only managed a 4b bid so far.

I have plenty of interest via mail, but again, i will not be selling below 6b.
I now know that the original offers i got were from Trade channel bpo-resellers. If their max offer was 6b, that that will be my starting price, im patient and im not going to sell early just to see it resold in the trade channels immediatly like i saw last night. |

I have enough mail from interested people to know i can get more than 6b.
I screwed up with my last contract, becuase it ws an auction, start @ 6, buyout at 8b.
I didnt know people dont trust these type of contracts becuase of alt bidding or i wouldnt have wasted the brokers fee.
i have mailed everyone that has sent me mail since yeasterday, and hopefully they log in after dt to read.

Although the OP and I have had our share of disagreements and rancor over certain aspects of his sale... and the fecundity of the BPO itself... I might still have my reservations about certain things, but even I must admit the sensibility of what he is doing now with a "fixed" price contract.
