They were last seen in lowbie ships, but wanted dead. 100k for eac corpse.

No... I think you're only allowed to use heavies and torpedoes. Not sure though, maybe a CCP rep will let us know if we keep this thread open long enough.

One note: I am not a carebear at all, but a large fan of PvP, especially when teams of some sort are involved. However, at this stage, I am not strong enough to track down and kill the said persons myself if they are working in a pair.
There is no death...

It's probably best to avoid the crime & punishment forum - it's just full of posturing pirates.
I destroyed FreieLiebe's Kestrel last night, a little while after the two of them destroyed an afk indy in Luminaire. I didn't bother killing the pod, as it's an alt character (and knowing my luck, concord would have finished eating donuts & decided to actually police a 1.0 system by blowing me up).
Maybe the fact that he had to spend a small amount on a new ship (not much with the auto insurance) and replenish equipment (civilian shield booster? lol) will make you feel a little better.

I disagree with that. I've found that the right people are watching this forum, they're just quiet. It IS true, however, that many of the replies you will get when posting a thread like this to the forum will be from the grayer side of the law.
