Edited by: Imuro on 02/02/2008 11:38:22 Greetings.
Can you please write down your own sentinel setups and some comments about it? Or any idea?
I want to use it as support ofc, both PvP and PvE.
And a question. Is it small and fast enough to warp away at gate camps, before get lock? I know its not inty, but is it possible?

oh well... ^^ Im thinking of something like this:
High: 2x vampires, 1x neut
Med: 1x AB, 1x cap recharger or dampener, 2x turrest distruptors
Low: 2x or 3x overdrives, 1x small armor rep.
In drone bay Hammerheads.
I know its a bit noobish, so please give me advice :)

3xneut named
1xmwd II 2xcap recharger II 1xfleeting warp scrabmler
3xcap relay II/named
2xccc rig
Used in small gangs with weak dps or even solo to kill a bigger ships tank. Runs permanently.
-------------------------------------------------
1xnos 2xneut or weapons
1xmwd 1xweb 1xpoint 1xtd
1xrepper 2xoverdrive inj
Fun little anti frig/inty thing. Fast and does a little of everything when needed.
These two are the only fits ive come up with, Im still not sure what else can be done with this thing. Still in trial mode for me. -------------------------------------- The Inquisition III - Relentless Retaliation |

I chose egress port maximizers for mine. Since my monitor died and I'm stuck with a 15" for the time being, I haven't even had a chance to fly it yet, but I fit mine same as mentioned above:
2x Neut II 1x Nos II
AB II Web II Scram II TD II
SAR II OD II Nano II
2x Egress Port Rigs
12x Drones II
For more enjoyment and greater efficiency, consumption is being standardized.

HI: 2x Small Neut II 1x DLB II
MID: 1x 1mn MWD, 2x Tracking Disr. II (tracking speed script), 1x small electrochem injector (150 charges)
LOW: 1x Overdrive II 1x Nanofiber II 1x Cap Power Relay II
RIGS: 2x Egress Port Maximizer
DRONES: 4x Light Combat II 4x Light ECM 4x Light Armor Rep
Permaruns everything while you have charges. Gives your small frigate squad quite a bit of versatility, i.e. you can now take on ships that you could not take on before. It helps in breaking tanks and makes you and your friends less likely to be hit.
Tested in combat. Worked nicely and is fun to fly. In my opinion.

why not?
--- PvE setup ---
20 MB dronesband = 4 small T2 drones HIGH 2 turrets = dual light Pulse/beam T2 drone link = 65km dron range
MED 1nm AB T2 Small cap Bat II (yes, Battery in this case) drone Navi Comp f-90 Positional sensor with range script (to reach th 65km for your drones)
LOW DC II Overdrive T2 Small rep T2
can handle all 1/10, 2/10, (3/10) Complex, all L1 and most L2 missions :)
with my skills close-range = 83 DPS (44 from drones alone) Targeting ~66km ~1100 m/s speed (just AB!)
Very agil, fast and fun to fly ship :D

accordin to eve central the Egress Port maxies are cheaper by half 7m to 20m. But not a clue how upto date the information is. -----------------------------------------------

in a sentinel, egress port maximizers are the best rigs for the value and return of the ship, specially after it goes boom. ---

Pretty much this - mine has no rigs (ouch the cost) and has a point instead of the 3rd TD but the general idea is sound. An energy draining interceptor that messes with turrets into the bargain. It also pretty much annihilates frigs that aren't Crows. "I got soul but I'm not a soldier" |
