Seems a lot of people have a hard time using the dominix in the best way for missions, using ogres and only a few or none guns and armor tanking it.
So I made a little movie of the Vengeance mission with my pimped shieldtanked domi: Vengeance in a Dominix
Its not as exciting as PvP movies obviously, but if your curious how good a domi can handle missions, this is the movie for you.
Its my first movie, so be kind and gentle please

Ohh, sounds bad. I just tested to download it and it worked. You have to right click and save as, it dont seem to work when streaming.

Nice to see,
May I ask what your setup is? 6 x Kaikkia's 425mm but the mid/low? It seems like its quite a nice setup

Impressive - i guess, even a "normaly pimped" CNR might get it not that fast due to the instant dmg...

My setup is:
High: 6*kaikkas 425 rail
Med: gisti x-type large, 2*DG invuln, pith a-type amp, TS cap recharger
Low: 3*ss magstabs, 2*officer tracking enhancer, 2 * 13% officer PDUs
Rigs: drone control range, 2 * t2 CCC
Drones: as you can see, I mostly use t2 warden and t2 garde sentry drones.
DPS: 985 with garde, 873 DPS with warden accordint to EFT.
There is still room for improvements, but it gets pretty expensive. For example, if I replace my 3 ss magstabs with 3 cormack magstabs, I gain 40 DPS but lose 3b isk. Not sure its worth it
With full crystal setup, and permatank, a large shield booster is more than enough for level 4, which is what makes this setup possible.

Sometimes I dream about nekid women, and sometimes of faction domis. And then I wake up and feel disappointed and cheated
Btw, 250 downloads and very few comments. I guess I need to make movies more interesting in the future.

Im not much of a mission runner... more of a pirate so when i see a fit like that on a ship... *gargle* DOMI KILL!!!

But, this setup just made me want to kick my new toon I just started into missioning. Just this setup in mind.
