Personally I won't let it outside a POS shield without carrier escort, but thats just me.

Really. Never leave the pos unless your jumping to a station. Terribly expensive ship to pull cans don't you think? Cap chargers are for less dt between jumps which is handy in lowsec.
Dianeces Minmatar Repo Industries	Posted - 2008.02.05 03:54:00 - [5] You're missing the scram and the web. Along with the armor tank in the lows. I think 2x EANM II and a 1600mm RT plate should work nicely for a tank. Add some Trimarks if you really want to pimp out your Rorqual. In the rest of the mids, you need a MWD to enable yourself to quickly clear bubbles, so you're going to want a heavy cap injector to keep that thing running. You can also add some Multispectral ECMs to help break the lock of anything that trys to tackle you. In the highs, fit smartbombs to kill any drones you come across and a heavy neut to help kill those tacklers if the ECM doesn't work. You have a pretty big drone bay, so a mixture of drones might work well. Warrior IIs, Ogre IIs, some heavy ECM drones, and a flight of light armor bots fit nicely. If this doesn't work, you may try shield tanking it, but then you probably won't be able to tackle anything.
