Sinder Ohm Infinite Improbability Inc Mostly Harmless	Posted - 2008.02.03 11:33:00 - [6] Ok so you get faction items eg: Dread guristas invul field, dark blood eanm etc and officer items Vespas modified invul field. (officer being very rare and worth way more). Well I would only rat in 0.0 for these dont waste your time with low sec. A number of factors affect your chance of finding szch a spawn: 1. True security status of the system. (the higher the better -1.0 being the best) 2. System activity / traffic (little chance of you finding 1 if you must share the belts with other people) 3. NPC Soverenity (Aparantly NPC soverenity improves the quality of the rats slightly) 4. Time, just after DT is the best time to look for these spawns. oh yeah and a lot of luck start sacrificing some lamas to the eve god.

The best rats have always been in venal. This is because Caldari/Shield loot is usually more expensive than armour loot. For example, estamels invul is worth almost 10 bil. Dread guristas launchers and BCU/Invul also go for a fortune. I dont know how much a dark blood pulse laser is worth, but I am sure that it is far less than a dreadd guristas heavy launcher. Sig locked, lack of Eve content

I can assure you - the rats here are just as crap as anyware else. Even stain has tons better rats. In stain I get 1 faction spawn ever hour. In venal I get 1-2 a day, and I have yet to get more than 1 a day in delve. Sig locked, lack of Eve content
