We are a small corp of 10 personnel and we are looking for an alliance that is interested in quality not quantity.
What we are looking for:
 An alliance that doesn't think size matters 
0.0 living but not in Pure Blind no offense but I've seen better rats at the dump
Decent alliance activity in the US TZ
What we don't want:
No dictatorships
No BS alliance politics we just want to have fun
No POS busting
No POS we do not have the industry skills to setup and run a POS
No Mandatory mining ops we don't have the skills to mine but are more than willing to support ops with security
What we offer:
US TZ
Our focus is on small gang operations
Pilots qualified in HACs, Recons, Cov Ops, Stealth Bombers, Electronic Attack Ships (Black OPS BS coming soon)
Active PvPers always willing to participate in alliance PvP ops
Mature players with great attitude and lots of motivation
Bottomline
We are currently focusing our efforts on specializing in stealth operations to include the use of the Black OPS BS. We believe in quality not quantity which is how we recruit. We equate quality with desire, motivation, and dedication, not skill points, age ingame, or the ships that can be flown. We intentionally keep our corp small because we feel that a small corp is the best way to develop cohesion and Esprit de Corps. With that in mind we plan to grow the corp to about 20 personnel.

Scaton,
Thanks for considering us as a merger candidate. But we'd really like to retain our identity. We had a chance to merge when our last alliance broke up but decided against it.
We realize that because of our size we are not prime candidates for entry into most alliances but we will try.
We do have plans to expand but we will not grow larger than 15 or 20 active members.

Our corporation resides in angel space. it is npc priate sovereignty so there is no pos busting. as for politics..i don't think you will find an alliance that isn't involved in politics. if you do they are either lying or empire based. but that doesn't mean you have to get involved in the politics.

Guys don't get me wrong I realize there will be some form of political goings on within any organization but I think we can all agree that in some organizations its much more prevalent and in many cases more disruptive than in others. I'm merely trying to find the right balance between prevalence and disruptiveness
The whole point of the post was to lay out our desires and if anyone responded at least they know where we stand initially. We are not that inflexible where we can't make compromises with what we want and what we are offered.
I do appreciate the few responses I've gotten and will make every effor to speak with you.
