Hey community ;
i would like to share u guys a funny story i am sure your all gonna laught on it, it started with a call from real while doing some ratting with my thanatos assigned fighters to my alt , while my alt with fighters ratting,
i docked with my capital , then suddenly i remembered that i have forgetten my fighters in space then i redocked to see if i can find them but i couldnt find them on scanner nor anywhere close it was a small system u could see whole system with max. scanner @ once but i couldnt then i wanted to use probes to scan them down cos u know u cant see everythink in space on your scanner sometime(ask ccp why) but what a suprise i couldnt find them either then i petiton the incident GMs said its not game's fault , some1 pick them or some **** like that nothing constructive then i am still waiting for 15 days to get an answer while my petition jumping from 1 gm to another and they r all @same attitude like " THATs not our problem its your we dont wanna help you" for my 3 years of eve life i couldnt get a proper GM answer or succesful petition completion they r all sux and for 3 years nothing changed, thats probobly my first and would be the last post in forums i just wanna say that "THANK YOU CCP FOR YOUR lovely GMs , Game and FAILURE"  .

So, you were ratting with a capital, and your fighters got killed/stolen, and then you complain to a GM about it and are surprised when he says it's your fault?

So let me get this straight. YOU warped off and left your fighters, some enterprising individual found them and got a 100M payday (you know that GMs can track items, right?), the GM told you what happened and your problem is...?
What? I dunno? That EvE doesn't have Save/Restore points?
CONCORD provide consequences, not safety; only you can do that. |

If you are having a problem with a petition you should ask that it gets escalated to a Senior GM to review. Please note that a Senior GM will have the final say on a petition.
I also should point out that your entire post is a rant which is not permitted as per the Forum rules.

lol, yea someone in a hauler came by and picked them up. It's not like the take up alot of m3 or something.

To be honest, if your petition was laid out the same way as this post is and you were complaining that you lost your fighters through your own neglegence and wanted them back, then I'm sure the GM Team did the right thing.
You FORGOT to pull your fighters in. It was your fault. Why should you be reimbursed?
