Don't expect to pay less than 7 billion right now but most likely closer to 9 billion. The boost patch could cause that number to go up some more as well. Hope that helps a little bit.

I've been selling mine for 8 - 8.5 rather quickly. lower than 8 is a good price these days.

Just to clear a few things up.
Currently the amount of JF BPCs available is determined on the amount of BPCs available monthly less ones used for construction. This limits Anshar BPC availability, then to top that off decent ME BPCs are few and far between as is. After this next patch building requirements will NOT change and due to easier supply of BPCs and changes being made to all JFs there will be more demad. More JFs will be built and moon materials will spike once again. As a result of both of these changes JF prices will rise NOT lower. You may think your gonna save a lot when actually your only gonna save a small amount on the BPC.

Ones started to build now cost about 5.5bn at best. (assuming average luck, cheapest avail minerals, self build of all components).
Ones that are already built now cost about 6-7bn to build.
The time and effort required to build these means that they are still selling freely on the market for around 8-9bn.
In short, people would be making a loss to sell for 5bn. In a few months if advanced material prices drop we may see that. But that is the majority component of the cost now. (about 2/3 is purely the advanced material cost, 1/6 the T1 freighter and 1/6 the invention, approx)
