I haven't been able to log onto SiSi at all and can't access the dev blog page from my work PC for some reason that I can't explain so I was wondering if people could just list all the changes they're aware of here. These are the ones I'm aware of:
Zealot, Apoc, Omen buffed
TD's buffed in a way that will really screw over Minmatar players who like to kite
Deimos changed in a way that nerfs its gang viability but probably helps solo (I still consider it a nerf)
Base EM shield resistances of all ships dropped from 60 to 50% (Amarr stealth buff perhaps?)
That's all that I'm aware of. Any update on the proposed buffs to assault frigs?
Any other changes I haven't mentioned?

I think this should be EM Armor resistances dropped, and Exp Shield resistances drop to compensate.

That would make more sense IMHO--Come to think of it T1 ships have 0% shield resistance, so what sense would that make? It was mentioned in a previous dev blog from zulupark that i read from home. I think he had it backwards when he mentioned it. Or maybe I do. I'm confused now.

Omen / Zealot / Eagle / Moa / Ferox / Raptor +1 turret Ferox + 75 MW PG Apoc +25% cap, +7,5% optimal /level, +1000 MW PG, +5tf CPU Deimos -1 low, +1 mid, MWD bonus removed, +7,5% rep amount / level bonus added. Raptor -4 MW PG
Tracking distruptors now affect Falloff as well as Optimal.
There. Changes in a nutshell. Although these are just in TESTING. Nothing set in stone.

CCP are cruel, they give the zealot an extra turret slot but not enough cpu/pg to use it without taking off the mwd or repper as a med cap booster is now mandatory due to the 25% extra cap being used by the guns.

Doesnt surprise me, its exactly like the problem with the Curse, which CCP thinks isnt a problem. In order to make it Cap stable, you either need a Cap injector (which of course limits the amount of ammo you can carry, and/or reduces the longevity of combat with a ship that takes time to do its work) or to dump Cap recharger II's in like crazy. In short you can equip a scram or a web if you dont want a cap stable ship, therefore it cannot be used solo. Big surprise. -----------------------------------------------
