Alright, so here I am thinking this is an awfully important topic. You did specifically request everyone to read it after all instead of waiting for the normal crowd.
What do I see? Someone who really wishes to have someone else do the market research for him or her.
Take a shuttle and fly around a little, use the trade channel and ask there or ask in your corporation.

Sheesh, next you'll be asking whwere the cheapest place to by a Bestower is.
Anyway, 99% of all skill books are sold by NPC corps such as Pator Tech School, Republic University etc. Because of this the prices varies very little across the whole of the Eve universe, rarely enough to be bothered travelling anywhere other than to the nearest outlet.
As the previous poster said, use the Market view to find out where to buy it. It really is a very useful facility to be able to use, a lot quicker than asking people on the forums where to buy a 10MN AB or a Expanded Cargo Hold I.

 I have a bestower but cant use it. i have been flying around and found the cheapest price is 200k but i wannit cheaper so plz help.

All the prices are the same (plus or minus 1k) unless some idiot accidentally bought the wrong skill and is selling it for less.
In the time you've wasted making nasty snapping posts, you could have earned the money you need. Calm down.

It's sold by NPC corps, you won't get it cheaper. Its that simple.

The price is what the price is. Expecially if its like 197,293.23 isk type deal. And if there is a large quanity of them (50+ usually 600 about). Then you know its NPC's and its the cheapest around.
BTW this isn't the market section, probley help if u put it in there rather then in this thread.

Is there a point to training Amarr Industrial past lvl1? The skill distribution doesn't suggest any benefit.
