I'm trying to find the Record for the 425mm Railgun I. who has the highest damage score out of us all? i myself have hit 518 and i've recently found this on the forums... Ray McCormack Your 425mm Railgun I perfectly strikes Forsaken Empire Deep Space Outpost ZLZ 1Z, wrecking for 531.1 damage. NTRabbit	Posted - 2004.03.29 07:42:00 - [2] Im sure i could beat that if i put 8 mag vortexes and a 425 on my armageddon However, normal fighting the highest damage shot would undoubtedly come from the decks of a Megathron. ermo	Posted - 2004.03.29 10:39:00 - [11] I do alot of wrecking damage around the 630 mark with AM ammo and the range is usually quite random and thats only with 1 mag vortex and gal Bs lvl 3. So who can beat that? who holds the record? 507 with AM and 1 mag vortex Only got large hybrid III and surgical strike II or III - some room for improvement there

One pretty good hit from yesterday. But this is a rather pointless thread... Maximum possible damage with a standard 425mm rail is 1072.4 That's on a megathron with 7 tech 2 damage mods and lvl 5 in large hybrid, surgical strike and gallante battleship, against structure (no resistance) M.I.A. since 2004-07-30

The big thing is consistant hits and a high average ofc... but those big hits _do_ get your attention

Also, while 7 dmg mods may give the best ever wrecking hit, its better to quote figures you get with a useable setup surely? Gonna have to get me some Mag Stab 2's and train up my skills...

My hit was with a balanced combat load out... and my average hit with that set up was in the 270's.
