Can the different races group together or be in the same corporation?
And
Are other members of my race attackable?

Race has no effect when forming a gang/fleet.
Different races can join the same corp, but the CEO must train the skill Ethnic Relations.
Race has no effect on who or when you are able to attack another player.

Essentially you can attack any player.
There are some rules though:
1. In high sec, the police will (pretty much) instapop you as soon as they arrive, unless you have an active war declaration against that player or they are criminally flagged to you. You'll get popped and have a security status drop if you violate this. The cops show up instantly in 1.0 space and only take about 20s in 0.5, with variations in between. 2. In low sec, the gate guns will shoot you if you aggress a player that is not criminally flagged to you nor a war target (war declared and active). You'll get a security standing drop if you attack someone outside of this...but the police won't hunt you down. 3. in 0.0 space there are no rules.
There are also some guidelines: 1. in any space - be careful who you engage, they might just pop you instead. 2. in 0.0 take guidance from your corp and/or alliance as to who you shoot. There may be some sort of non-aggression pact or other arrangement in place.
Cheers Falka

I wonder if Falka meant to reply to this thread, or some other....
Either way, multi-ethnic corps are fairly standard fare. There are a few corps that are Amarr-only, or Minmatar-only, for RolePlay purposes and such.
For multi-racial corps, the CEO must train Ethnic Relations and press the 'Update with my skills' button in the Corp window. _______________________________

Race is just for flavor or roleplaying, like it's been said. Every race's ships are available to everyone with no penalties (you just buy and train the skills), and most CEO's do train the Ethnic Relations skill and recruit from all races. Who's attackable and who isn't depends on wars, aggression, sec standing, etc., and does not depend on race.
And we all start with neutral standings towards all the Empires (and pirate NPCs). It's then up to you to modify your standings by doing missions etc., and if you do get Minmatar too low then their Navy will start shooting you, but it's easy to avoid that with the skills under the Social group (which aren't that difficult to train).
