The best guns for your megathron are 425mm rail guns. Don't forget to train the Gallente Battleship skill to level 4. There are lots of threads here that tell you why 425mm rails are the best for you.

Large Neutron blasters, Large ION BLasters and 425mm rails are all you should fit on em.
You can fill up highslots with heavy or standard launchers and maybe medium named ion blasters. _______________________________________________

I'd suggest that a new megathron owner who doesn't know what guns to use, isn't going to be skilled enough for all that fitting blasters entails, hence my 425mm rail suggestion. Having thought about it more, I suspect the best answer is 6 x miner2 (I doubt fitting 7 is an option) until he has a better appreciation of things like rate of fire and ship bonuses.

I presume you're asking on behalf of a different character, as Sky Lord wouldn't have had time to train all that lot in a month and 19 days?
Anyway, my answer's still 425mm rail guns :-)

Tracking mods: use lowslot if possible (improve tracking and optimal range):
Auto Gain Control Tracking Enhancer 1 F-aQ Phase Code Tracking Subroutine Fourier Transform I Tracking program
With fourier being the best ingame tech 1 tracking module for lowslots
Damage (improve damage and rate of fire):
Insulated Stabilizer I Linear Flux Stabiliser I Gauss Field Balancer I Magnetic Vortex I Magnetic field stabiliser II
Again, bottom is best in this lineup. If you dont have much isk, buy the second or third best of these, sice they get very cheap in comparison to the top modules.
Personally i run three f-aq's (i sell the fouriers now they are still the top notch mod) and two magn field stab II's, but that's for NPC's. Going with rails and Pvp it would be one tracking mod and two damage mods. _______________________________________________
