If i was to leave my Corp/alliance, jump to empire staying in a noob corp, do my implanted clones in alliance owned outposts get destroyed?

No, one of my characters is in an npc corp and has a jump clones in alliance owned outpost. I jump there no problem to update some sell orders on my stuff.

Thank you.. now to add a a second parter... if the owning alliance restricts my clone access or deletes my clones or whatever it is, is the clone completely lost w/ implants?

I have this exact same problem right now.....leaving my alliance, but with stuff to sell in our 0.0 station.
Solution: setup a JumpClone with no implants in the 0.0 station. Jump to station as required to monitor sell orders. Keep a CovOps in station for the final run out.
I'll most likely be allowed to leave without harrassment, but there may be people in the Alliance who don't know me as I leave. That's why I've chosen no implants and a CovOps ship for my final run out of the station.
I can jump back and forwards as much as I like and as long as I don't leave the station, I'm perfectly safe. I'm not going to hang around too long and as soon as my sell orders are finalised I'll leave. I might even sell the CovOps and just destroy the JC or get myself podded back to an empire station when I'm sure I don't need to return. But I like a challenge, so I'll probably just fly my CovOps out through neutral 0.0 space for fun.

Can they actually delete your jump clones? I always believed that once set up a jump clone cannot be removed from a conquerable station. I had several instances where my character was no longer in the holding alliance, wasn't blued, and i still had my jump clones at their station for a long time. So as long as you don't move your medical clone to the same 0.0 station it should be fine.

They can't delete it.
