Hey.
What rating within a corp do I have to have to get the level 2 missions?
Also...agents often ask me to do the same missions again and again. I've got one agent in the Quafe company at 8.5. I assume when I get her to 10.0 she offers me no more missions and I move onto the next agent within the same crop to increase my corp rating?
Thanks for any advice...

That depends how good level 2 agent are we talking about. (Quality) You can use this tool to find out what standings you need. Just select level and quality and press the button.
You need an effective standing of 2 to use a level 2 agent with quality 0.
That standing is corporation standing which you can find in your Character sheet's standing tab. The standing you see when you talk to the agent is personal standing from the agent and it doesn't effect anything else but that agent.

You can continue to work with the agent if you want to. But you'll want to move to higher level missions which have better rewards.

If you've got a rating of 8.5 with an agent in Quafe, then I'm reasonably confident that you will have access to other agents within Quafe.
I'm doing level 4 missions and my standing with individual agents for the corp are pretty much all less than 8.
When you're docked at your agent's station, cllick on the info button for the Quafe corp (top right corner of screen). When the box opens, select the agents tab and look through there to see what agents are available. Choose a level 2 that's available in your area and go see them.
There is very little need to be getting an individual agent standing to 10. You should be moving to new agents long before then. If you don't have access to a Level 2 agent, then move to a better Level 1.

Thanks to you both :)
Yeah I have access to other agents in Quafe. I've just found an available level 2 agent.
So basically, I should move to a better rated agent as soon as they become available? Also, I did another mission for another corp. I don't think they have good relations with the Quafe company as my Quafe rating went down. How do I know which corporations like the Quafe company so I can do their missions too without taking a hit on my Quafe rating? Whats the threshold for this, must the relationship simple be okay, good, very good...superb?
Sorry for all the questions :)

Definitely move up in quality each time you get the opportunity.
Move up levels when you're ready - there's a big difficulty jump between levels.
Higher quality means better rewards (ISK, LP, standing), there's no change in difficulty with increased quality. Higher levels also mean better rewards, but more risk as well.

Why Quafe? There may be better corps out there to do missions for. The Navy (your race's military) for combat missions, or one of the R&D corps so you can get some datacores...
As far as standings, you'll probably be ok doing missions for any of the other Gallente corps. Quafe's competitors are listed as Impetus and the President (Foiritan).
