Hi,
I am relatively new in the MD forum. I read the threads for 2 months and now I would like to invest some isk. Your Fund seems to be trustworthy and I would be happy to buy some of your shares. The only problem is that after reading your prospectus, I don't really get the way your are giving dividends. Can you or someone give me further explanation ? For the moment, all the IPO thread I read were talking about giving monthly xx % of the amount of share you purchased.

Dividends are paid in the form of additional shares and depending on your account ISK distributions. Investors recieve 88% of the profits made during the month. The other 12% is paid to the Fund's managers.

Hi I would like to ask if there are any more shares available from batch 10. Since u mention there is 48 hours reserve time is alowed and there is still pending reserve in batch 10 {Shiva Shakti 3,000,000,000 ISK (30,000)} but last time the post with investors has been updated is Edited by: BSAC MMM on 06/09/2008 00:14:25 which should be now more that 48 hours reserve if Im not wrong. In any case if there are any shares available I would like to reserve 1200 shares.

You are correct; BSAC has a 48 hrs reservation policy. However, I have yet to enforce the rule as I understand people have commitments in real life. I would not hesitate to enforce the rule on someone who previously made a reservation and without any explanation didnĈt fulfill his reserve.
Next batch is coming soon, so IĈm going to take your name if you are still interested in 1,200 shares.
