I haven't had enough caffeine yet so I can only recall EVEgate, EVE-I and the Guardian. Can anyone remember any other EVE-related URLs that illicit a warm fuzzy feeling and that now, sadly, link to irrelevant search pages?

While it's not dead, I've always wished http://www.eve-careers.com/ogb/ would actually catch on. The recruitment channel is trash and dross, the ingame recruitment adds/tools are hugely insufficient, and the recruitment forum is just the bump game.
Frankly, I've never understood the vacuum of websites like eve-careers, or in-game recruitment headhunters.

Well if anyone had a static copy of the original design ... web.archive.org won't help me much and I suck at graphic design.

I remember using it to look at all the cool T5 stuff and drool about stuff that, back then, were pretty awesome, but now is pretty useless. I THINK TTI were the first ones to actually dig through the database and make it public, way before EVE-I etc did it...

I miss Eve-I, a lot. I miss writing for Eve Guardian, more.

When I returned after a 14 month break from eve I immediately tried going to eve-i. I was very sad to see it had closed down (I even made a post at that time to ask if anything as good had replaced it - it hasn't). To this day I don't know what caused it to go under. One of the best...in fact...THE best eve site that ever existed (imho)

eve-I was an awesome site and I enjoyed reading the news on the Eve-Gaurdian site... no other sites have particularly stuck in my mind tbh...

Aye, theres never been a site quite like EVE-I. I guess SHC has the forum side of it covered but the other stuff on there was just ace.
