I looted a bookmard & can't get it into people & places. Draging is a no go, from cargo or from items it just won't put the bookmark into peaple & places when I drag it.

I figured out how to do this once but I can't recall, and don't have access to Eve currently to check for you. Ask over in newbie Q&A. People are helpful over there. ^_^

Try dragging the bookmark from your cargo and dropping on the places tab (like, right on the tab where it reads 'Places'). I have had this work for BM's that would not copy over properly in the past.

This is tricky, indeed. Here's the only thing I've found to work. First, you must be docked in station. Second SHIFT-drag the BM directly on top of the word "Places" in your P&P. If there's another technique, I haven't found it.

Using shift+drag is the way ive managed it too, onto the actual tab name. I've done it in space before though some time ago, not sure if that element has changed.

OP :
Place the BM in your station's hangar first.
Then try to drag it into your Places.
There are restrictions on a ship's cargo. BMs are part of it.
