Sorry, but a site with 3 auctions up at one time, all spaced HOURS apart (the PLEX has 285 DAYS TO GO, actually)? There is no incentive to buy bids even if this was legit!
Your site says that you have to see a profit and once you do, you'll add more and bigger ships - that's not really how this works. If you don't have enough to keep your initial viewers entertained, than they have NO reason to come back, because like me, they will likely assume that this site will not last.
Starting an auction site like this requires a LOT of start-up investment, so that you have a lot to offer. If you don't have much to offer - and you really only have 2 auctions at the moment, as 285 days is not a reasonable time to wait - than you won't get anyone registering or joining.
Best of luck to you, but either go all the way, and put the ISK into it if you believe that it will work, or don't get your hopes up too much. I hope it works out for you, and if you ever DO get a decent number of auctions up, THEN let us know. |

thats 285 hours on the plex.
And i did play the bidding with my free bids, won few bc's. Its not like those are free, we just get those around 70% of their original value. ANd i got one contracted to me in an hour.
But it has it flaws though.
-Main one being the lack of variety. The ships are being put up on auction by the house so we can't choose them.
-There is a lack of variety, only battlecruisers are available right now.
-The auction period is a bit long imo. Players are used to somer and roadrunner lotteries that finish in seconds. \
-The players must choose the ship to bid on.
That said, i honestly think it has the potential to become good if he can sustain the initial investment and corrects the flaws. Time will tell i suppose. |
