I don't have enough time to use this character enough to justify me keeping it, therefore I have decided to sell.
Ebon comes with a set of +3's (minus the charisma one), neutral sec status and a couple of ships including an anethema with scanning time reduction rigs.

Highlights include Covops 5 and Amarr Cruiser 5. Quite a lot of the support skills for combat are done, so she isn't far from being a recon pilot if you want to go down that road. A few drone and navigation skills are also done.
Starting bid and reserve: 900m
Bid increments: 100m
Buyout: 2.1b ONO

Wedge, my offer was for a BO.
Your posting "Buyout:2.1b ONO" invites somewhat lower BO offers, or so I thought.
My BO offer was not a bid. It was a BO offer. As you have not accepted it, which is, of course, your prerogative, I am finished, offering no bid, as I do not wish to bid in an auction in which I can not be online near the close.
