No, but mods that help you nuke your capacitor to zero indirectly slows down your overall warp speed.

gang warp with a freighter 
but there are no mods... why u need a mod that has no benefits? (to get benefits from a lower warp speed you need to have psycodelic thoughts, so there isn't a direct benefit from lowering the warp speed)

Indeed. The only slow way to warp would be to not have enough cap to complete the warp.
Usually requires 40+ AU's though, and that's only in a frigate as far as I've seen.

Actually, you guys missed the point by the poster above. When your aligned and gang enters warp together, you only go as fast as the slowest ship. For instance, a gang escorting a freighter would only goes as fast as the freighter can go if they entered into warp together.

Only problem i have with that, is that the freighter would be in the warp bubble as well.
I might need to see if i can get a freighter on sisi, and zoom out far enough that it is not visible anymore. would hate to modify my sisi training though

Maybe try warping across the Oipo solar system in an occator. Its 160 AU across in a 3AU/sec ship...
I hate that damn system...
