I am currently developing a similar function for my own corporation.

The system is basically working this way:
Customer view:
1) customers register in-game to obtain user-password access out-game
2) customers go on website out-game and order what they like (categories are organized the same as in-game market)
3) if you enabled it, customers send you upfront x%
4) customers will get an order ticket and they can see the ETA
5) customers can contact you asking about their order
6) customers can get personalized discount based on admin options and total money of past orders

Admin view:
- you can add/edit/remove items from the list of items you are selling
- you can set the price analyzing real market data (courtesy of eve-central)
- you can calc time/cost of building based on your blueprints me/pe and market price of minerals (always courtesy of eve-central)
- you can set your average buy cost of mins
- you can track BPO queue of orders
- using eve API watching the live status of manufacture / research jobs

This can be used for T1 items, T2 items, capital items (the software automatically calc needed qty of any base material, assuming you build t2 comps or capital comps yourself - you have to input me/pe of every component bpo to calc total min required and total build time)

The software is still under development, and it has been 6months of my free time until now.

I still don't know a good ISK price to sell it for, but in RL I would sell this work to a customer for about 1500 Ç

So I assume we are talking of some billions worth of programming value for my complete solution
