This was while Jake Noble was running his fleet around Delve/Querious chasing random subcapital fleets for no reason while allowing us to tower QY6 and purge C3N without opposition. Who is Jake Noble, you ask? He is an ex-Miners With Attitude, ex-Executive Outcomes, BoB member (of 11 months)... who was appointed to master and commander of BoB by SirMolle when he went on "vacation" just recently. Yes, that's right, BoB's current commander in chief is one of Chowdown's former mining slaves. Why not Galavet? Why not Dianabolic? Why not any of the other memorable BoB guys like Dafuzz who might at the very least be charismatic and have enough popularity to actually call an op and get something accomplished? Has BoB fallen so far that they have to scrape the bottom of the barrel? This is seriously depressing.

When fatal/mpire were in branch the leader at the time was away so he gave the leadership over to another fella (fall guy) dropped his nose in now and again to screw with plans and pull the fleets away from the targets they had been assigned too. Then after mpire surrendered (without telling fatal or cow who were in battle fighting for and in mpires systems at the time) he turns up and with a lot of others points the finger at the guy who not only he had left in charge but undermined on the alliance forums and micro managed by pulling the new north fleets away from asigned targets to turtle up. In fact this whole turtle up in delve situation and the way bobs leaders have bailed cos of "RL" issues has a very familiar ring to it.
