I'm off to Tokyo in May.
Anything I must see? So far I have:
- Shinjuku Crossing
- The Cos-play-zone park thing (though I'm not in it for the cute girls, just the weirdness)
- Ghibli Museum
- Tokyo Bay & Reclaimed Islands

Do they got a bordello district in Tokyo? Always fun to stroll around in those and visit the diffrent bordellos and possibly buy what you find to your liking 
Otherwise i would seek out where street racers go race. That is usually alot of fun to watch! Especially with lotsa japanese high powerd cars.
They should have cool stuff in their electronics stores. I would definitly check that out. Japanese cellphones ought to kick ass.

I'll leave some advice;
- Do not pick up what looks like a sugary doughnut from a bakery and automatically assume it's got jam in it. Make sure you haven't picked up one with puree'd vegtables or somesuch in, or just stick with ring doughnuts (Learned this one the hard way).
If you're willing to travel a bit, the countryside (If you can call it that) near Hakone and around Mount Fuji is a nice, reasonably quiet place to visit.

When the doorman at the strip club says "No Gaijin" that means you do NOT go inside.
It does NOT mean hold your eyes back to look squinty and run inside while trying to hide behind a plant and simultaneously getting beaten up by 3 bouncers while screaming "I'm Japaneeeeeese"
Trust me on this one.
