Hello,
Dont know about all you people but I enjoy watching and
giving kudos to well made vids from outer space and because of
that I would like to give you this, its been out on the download section
of EVE for a couple of days but I thought I promote it here as well.

I can't believe nobody's replied to this post.
Well it pains me to say it from our past experiences but WOW 
I just love the storyline you have going there, the music is perfect! I have yet to see a video that, well, in my opinion makes the game look so frickin' great.
I give you 10/10
Shame that it was a bit jerky at times, but wow. Very good, if this is a sneek preview I can't wait for the full version.
If I can ask, What is that music? (EDIT: John Barry?)

Best EVE movie I've ever seen, I hope the final version is a long movie I can really enjoy

Awesome work, definitely the best editing I've seen- made the scenes fit The Rock theme very well
Don't wanna sound real negative on a great piece of work, but I thought you should have ended the movie with your corp logo as the music faded out. Just don't think the "small step for man" add-on fit as well

errr - were was the fleet battles?
why there is showwed only 1000 ships Vs 1 strayed BS gankks? 
were was the fleets?

OMG what an response! Glad to hear you liked it. Thank you very much everyone for your opinions!
I must apologize for Lowa though as this movie is not a preview but the full version (sorry to disappoint). Though it can be said that it is a kind of a preview of what to come as this was my first movie for EVE.

Agree. But when the movie was sort of finished we thought that it would work as a recruitment-video and wanted to add some information about it. The best way to do this and not destroying the movie was to put it last (the movie ended with the logo at first). It's not perfect I know but it works.

Well, because we are sneaky cowards of course! No but seriously this was my first EVE-movie so I didn't have that much footage and my intention was to do something different than the movies released to date. Less clicking in GUI and ganking and more of the feeling of the game itself. Don't misunderstand me though, I really like those movies allot (and will be making one myself as soon as I get more footage) but I wanted to do something different.

As Leafo said, and I do appologize my self as well for letting you on here,
this is the full version of this particular movie. I'm glad we are in demand though!
The next one will be longer(maybe), different story, music and message.

That video was ok...
the only think that made it cool was the moon landing thing and The music. if you play it without sound the video is just boring...
I was waiting for the fleet battle...
oh well if you put it in your next video. im sure the video will be great :)

Hm, I'd just like to point out that fleet battles are perhaps not the best movie-material available. It's hard to catch anything nicely while you're busy fighting.
And who wants to look at tiny tiny ships and bad camera angles? Not me...

I completly agree... The thing that makes this a GREAT movie is the use of the music and most importantly, the little storyline that they have going there. I think all future movies will be made in this fasion, and take a look at that downloads page, it's the only one with a player rating of 4 and above.
I feel like a bit of a ***** on this thread, oh well

because running fraps during even fleet battles can easily mean death. Ur fps is cut down significantly at times, and thats time u need to concentrate on fighting.
