Hi, I was just wondering if there is a known bug where lab slots uninstall bp's for no reason at the end of a rental period and then unrent themselves? I know the obvious explanation is I didnt pay rent but I'm pretty sure that wasn't the case and it happened on 2 seperate occasions at the same station causing me to lose 5 lab slots which considering how tedious it can be to find these slots isn't very amusing.
OR is there some kind of game element or feature that I'm not aware of that is causing this?

I pay my renewal rents the morning (GMT-8) of the day BEFORE the rental period is to expire and this works well for me - any earlier and the rental renewal might not be accepted. Hope this helps ya. OR is there some kind of game element or feature that I'm not aware of that is causing this?
Don't waste your time trying to kill me - I routinely kill myself... |

Its quite a strange one we have had before. I have had it with factories where a big job just stops either after downtime or after midnight.
Never figured it out, but I think its a bug somewhere in the unrenting code when a bill has been paid, and is valid, it keeps the factory/lab, but uninstalls the job.

Yeah, that happened to me, too. I had 5 lab slots in Osmeden on an account used for nothing else but research. All five lab slots had long ongoing research jobs in it which went on without interruption. Like torpedo and cruise missile ME research from ME0 to ME50 or cruiser and indy ME research from 0-20, which take 14-20 days. I usually paid the bills for all 5 slots in one go as soon as the evemail notifications about the new bills came up.
However, out of the sudden one slot unrented itself, dumped the BPO and I got an eveail from the staion owner that the lab slot lease extension had been declined because I had not been using the slot. WTF?
Well, one thing's for sure: During the last two lease periods none of my slots had been unused for any period of time, so I'd rate this as a bug.
Since then I unrented my remaining labs there and moved my stuff to a place where I found six free labs (finally got Lab Operation at lvl 5).

Yeah, I've just had a lab slot dropped too. Reported it as a bug. Running for 23 more days researching, and all bills paid the moment they appear, and suddenly this happens. Annoying.

It happens, it's frustrating. It's time to bring this up at the next CSM me thinks.

I had it happen a couple times yesterday when there was serious lag. Started a 45 minute job in a factory, went afk for maybe 15 min, looked again, and it was empty with a couple runs of product made.
