Does any one have a good mission drake fit for level 3/4. My experience is primarily Gallente, so shield tanks are somewhat alien to me, especially the passive variety. Any advice on a good amp / power relay set up? Is there a better tank option?

3 spec hard or amp (i.e. 2 primary, 1 secondary)
2 SPR
2 BCS
5 drones
3 CDFP
All tech 2, except the rigs.
anyone know how to put a horizontal bar here?

Take a Myrmidon and fit it the same way, 3x CDFPs, 6x SPRs, and 4x LSE 1x Hardener or similar. Works just as well as a drake, and med drones hurt more :p

I gave it a try with best named using 4 amps + 2 LSE because my Shield Upgrades skill isn't good enough for 3 LSE. I only fly a drake on the side, but this build works well.

Thanks for the build Sandeep. Tried it out on SiSi with some Level 3s. It almost got into the armor on The Spy Stash, but that's a tough mission and it's done better than most builds I've tried. Dunno how will it will do for Level 4s, but I guess that's what the Raven's for.

For pure tank, I run it mostly the same, with some slight changes...
3 shield Amps, 3 large shield extenders (I don't like the active hardners)
4 Shield power relays
2 Core defense Field Purgers
with this setup, I have over 15k shields and a 190sec recharge time. If you want to add a little DPS, I would drop a large extender, add a shield recharger, then replace one of the shield power relays with a balistic control. For me, I can only run 6 missile bays w/ 3 LSRs, so that also gives me enough power to run the 7th. No advanced weaps upgrades :-/

Overall best setup for a Drake mission setup is:
Hi:
7x HML II's (Norm. ammo, or Caldari Navy (if you're rich))
Med:
3x Spec. Active hardeners II's
3x LSE II's
Lo:
4x SPR II's
Rig:
3x CDFP I's
This should be the setup that you base your drake around. Maybe fiddling with the amount of SPR's adding BCS's for damage, and maybe swapping a LSE for a shield recharger or another hardener.

My current Drake setup:
Lows:
PDS II
SPR II x2
BCS II
Mids:
LSE II x2
Specific Active T1 Hardeners x4
(I can't use T2 Hardeners yet)
Highs:
Heavy Missle Launcher I x7 (same problem as Hardeners)
Small Tractor Beam I
Rigs:
CDFP x3
I need the PDS to be cap stable running 3 hardeners, and only use the 4th in bursts.
T1 stuff works too, but the upgrades to T2 modules are very worth it.
I can use T2 Amps too, but haven't bothered on the level 3's.
I've found that it's quite capable in level 3's. Others have put up better Level 4 setups.
I've moved on to a Raven recently for level 4's, and am still working on my skills for it.
