Ok so #1 its been almost two days and my avatar still hasn't showed up.
And 2. when I go through the Character creation screen after I create my Character it will take some features off, for example I created one of the Caldari males with hair, and after character creation it shows him as not having any hair. I created an Amarr male last night got a cool uniform picked out whole 9 yards, after character creation its showing him as being compleetly naked.
Anyone getting these kinds of errors ?

Ok so my Avatar has finnaly shown up, but whats funny is that it does show me as having hair, BUT in game it displays my Avatar as being bald.
And as I said before I had created another character and Amarr male picked out a cool uniform and stuff, but after creation the game displays the avatar as being naked.

Hmm, whenever I try to generate a picture of anyone the characters missing his/hers right eye.
It's a bit of a problem as I need a pic of myself

Will it just show up on the posts I have already made eventually?
I can get one of my chars to work, but not the other, that I want to have work.

I also have the problem with a missing eye, same thing if I try to capture other peoples avatars... Is this the case for everyone?

i think it is an ati issue.
on my laptop (radeon mnobility) everyone is bald and certain icons wont show (drones, ships, stuff like that)
on my desktop (nvidia fx5600) everything is fine and dandy.
came as a bit of a shock though when i realised i had weird plastic thing stuck to my forehead... oh well.

Hey, someone else's character is missing their right eye? Well, that's kind of cool, because now I know I'm not the only one (I don't mean it's cool we're all missing eyes). I also know for a fact that it is an EVE/ATI specific problem. I have tried every CATALYST from 3.1-4.4 and with DX9a-9b without any success...so I'd say with near 99.9% probability that it's a bug in the EVE code, not the drivers. I've managed to get the graphics in EVE looking great (once I found the advancedDevice=1 command), save for this ANNOYING little problem that I'm sure the developers have pretty low on their 'to do' list.
For me it's a missing right eye on any portraits I try and capture, but all portraits look perfectly fine in-game. For others it seems to be missing hair/clothes/lighting. Either way, if CCP has such a low regard for my characters apperence I should just stop playing now... (notice no Avatar picture on my post either, and it's been over two weeks; I'm still wating...)

The missing eye problem isn't Ati related, people with NVidia has it to.

im having the same kind of issue all bald characters, i run eve on 2 different machines, only one gives me a problem, this machine ive tried an older radeon and an nvidia fx 5600 and both times had this problem so i dont think its a video driver issue

wasnt there some problems with ccp's renderslave that just recently has been fixed?
Ive got a pic of my char with a missing eye, but that was when they had problems, and i cant seem to re-produce it now..
