Anyone else experience this bug where if you look at the "Combat Log" and do not let this particular sheet load up all the way, the rest of the character sheet doesn't load? Everything stays blank unless you reboot your client? All tabs including attributes, skills, etc. It's terribly annoying and should really be looked into

This is not restricted to teh combat log and has existed for as long as I have been playing. I first noticed it with the jump clone tab.
You open sheet, select jump clone tab, but screen remains on skills and won't change until you click on another tab and come back.

That's not the same thing. What OP is talking about is a new issue. Open your character sheet enough times and it totally locks up (nothing shows) until you reboot your client. It usually take me up to 10 times to lock it up.

i typically find that this happens when i click "kill rights", which causes my character sheet to freeze for like 5 minutes while it loads all the 100s of people i've killed. if i close the character sheet before it loads and reopen, none of the windows will load any information
