looking for a very specific character here.
i need an alt that has the following:
-covops IV with covops cloak (ideally caldari or minmatar), SBs/bomb launchers/torps not needed but appreciated
-can fly industrial (ideally minmatar), t2 cloaky industrial a plus
-Interplanetary Consolidation and Command Center Upgrades to IV, V a mega plus
-astrometrics to IV, scanning supports to III, beyond that a plus
-gas harvesting V is a super awesome plus
-decent navigation skills
-positive wallet
-reasonable sec status, although they're bound for null anyways
-an awesome name!
these need to be trained already, as i'm not interested in pausing my main's skill training to get basic stuff done. i don't need pvp stuff, i don't need missioning or mining stuff,i don't need anything beyond what's listed above.
any offers, please post below. ideally this kind of stuff can be done in under 4m SP - i'll pay a bit extra for a really clean, focused character. |

if you've got a character with tons of unallocated skillpoints, that'll work too, by the way. that's almost easier just because i know i can get what i want that way. |

i updated the initial post to reflect the fact that i don't want an alt with double-digit SP unless they're really perfect for what i want. someone's 40m SP main character wtih no PI, poor scanning, and few support skills is not in the slightest what i'm interested in.
also, please include a price that you want, just to make negotiation easier. |

updated to make PI a plus rather than required. it's easy to train up, i guess. i just really want that scout more than the pi atm. |
