This is what i think will happen when the last bob station in delve falls:
BoB and alies would have seen it comming, and made preperations to leave delve. They will pick a NPC region that isn't too crowded and settle there, and ask most of its members to stay offline with their mains for a few weeks.
During this period, BoB will watch and hide until the coalition starts to cave in on it self as they will run out of targets to kill. Coalition alliances start making war with each other. When this happens, BoB will return in force, claiming the regions they once had.
In goons language: the wounded tiger will hibernate until its prey starts to get tired and its wounds are healed, then awakens to devour them.

Since BoB's titans are so large and ungainly they will have to be
careful to keep their locations under wraps.
Any chance to score a titan kill will tempt a
ridiculous number of alliances out there, not just the RSF. Al
l it takes is one mistake and that could be the
end of any number of wallowing supercapitals.
Titans are big enough bait that to most alliances it
= the chance of a lifetime to go after one.
For many
a chance to pop a
titan will be irresistible.
Loot from a titan,
or just bragging rights from bagging one, will leave
little doubt as to their fate once they don't have their 0.0 space to fall back on.

Does there have to be four anti BOB threads started a day by goons? Between you guys and all the alts it makes reading these forums pointless. Make one thread and run with it we dont need to see ten of them saying the same shlt every day.

Being completely serious for a second -- what is required of housing a titan?
I assume that one option is to obviously stay logged off, but short of that, what is required to actually keep one somewhat safe? Deepspace spot, fuel, or POS?

And yes, indeed, if there are no allies left to trust, no space there is to trust, you will not be able to hide anywhere unless you are able to logout without aggro.
With the enormous number of enemies haunting you 24/7 this will be a tough cookie to *****.
And this means it will be hard to get fuel, since everyone is looking for you.
Who will trust you within a pos, when you only backstabbed anyone in the past?
Who will you trust, with your conscience you backstabbed just about everyone?
But then again, you call evil upon yourself, face the consequence?
