My Alliance wants to buy access to secure 0.0 where we are allowed to mine, rat and do what ever we want without worrying about roving gangs of 100 murdering every single one of us. Our alliance is about 300 large but only 140 to 150 are consistently active.We are not looking to move the entire alliance to 0.0 but just to have access at any time to a station with refining, possible agents, no docking fees, and a area of about 3 or so systems that we can mine and rat in without being hassled. We would also like to see it within reasonable jump distance from empire. We do would like moon rights but that is not necessary. We are willing to share if it is a reasonable price and there is no hostility between occupants.
NOTE: not in the drone region.
Rehash of what we want:
 SAFE 0.0 access
Station Access w/ industrial capabilities
Rights to mine
Rights to Rat
Possible Moon mining Rights
Reasonable distance from empire.

A Decent Presence in the area.

if for some reason you would prefer services than money we can do this as well. We can stabilize the market in the area we are loaned(this means we would produce large amounts of everything and put it on the market at reasonable prices.), and we can produced ice for your pos's. You can always contact the diplomats of Ka-Tet.. might be worth a shot.
