I know this has been talked about over and over agian about making a loan system and there is always a problem. Well i think this would work. a player can loan isk to a someone and they have a certian amout of time with the isk. once the time is up the money and the intrest would be taken from the player putting them into a negitve balnce if they did not have all the isk. ok i know how does this stop people from just using alt easy if your wallet with any char is in the red you cant train on that acount not just the char, and that char could not be deleted in tell the chars wallet is positive again. i really think this is a easy fix.

You have a character A with 1 billion isk. Simple schema will double your wallet in no time.
1) create a trial account with Character B
2) upgrade it to full with ~200kk 30d GTC
3) loan 800kk from A to B
4) return isks to char A.
5) let the loan expire
6) 600m income is in your pocket.
So for any amount of isk on your wallet you will mostly double it in no time for 200kk expenses.

Simple Fix:
Don't let a character loan isk to any of his alts, regardless of account. I don't think CCP would have a hard time doing this.
If you tried this, a Message could come up on the screen saying, "You own this Account and this character, you can't loan to your own character."
Problem Solved.
I think this game desperately needs banking initiatives including loans. Granted that there should be some strict game mechanics as far as interest and terms for loans, savings accounts, investments, etc. An investment corporation could set credit ratings on customers, the same as they set standings now.
Reshape EVE for the future! Sell the 0.0 gates to player owned corps, and encourage an open ended universe.

Easy enough to get around this. Set up a new account with a different email address (Yahoo, anyone?) and activate it. Log in using a different computer. Do the above mentioned loan scam.
How do you trace that? Answer: You don't.

loan system will never work.
New characters get created out of thin air every day. Create a character, loan, transfer isk to some one else, delete character, repeat.
Limit the loans to characters only in existence for over 1 year? Create an 6 alts in 2 sepetare account, buy GTC, loan 6 mill after 1 year. Profit.
Loan money only to corporations? Create corporations, add so many alts, loan, transfer to someone else. and delete all trace of characters/corporation.
Loan contracts are idiotic IMO.
EDIT: Of course these are all illegal ways of making ISK. But so is macro mining. could you imagine what could happen if this was possible? If some one wanted to, they could be billion airs very quickly, and with little hassles.

Um, you forgot one thing there.
How do you pay for these accounts? Most here in the US use a credit card or a debit card, but even with a GTC, you still have to put your NAME (Not email address) to the account. Sure, you could use someone else's card or name, but then you would be committing fraud wouldn't you?
