I am not bidding as I have no intrest, but extending like that is seriously bad manner. If you set a time you stick to it. Anything else is just pure bad manner.

Let me just clear a few things up.
I now realise a 24 hour auction is too short a period to conduct an auction on a forum, especially on a week day.
I had 3 serious offers and each of the people wanted to be informed if they were outbid. I hadn't received responses from a couple of them so I thought it was only fair I waited.
Maybe I should have made my previous statement more clear.
P.S. I'm sorry to hear you retracted your offer DREAM, I was seriously considering it, obviously.

When you make an auction you state the rules and stick by them. How long is the auction, is there a starting minimum bid, and is there a minimum price that if not reached you will not sell. You could fro instance state that if bid do not reach 800m you will not sell. At the same time you could also state that auction ends as soon as someone bids 800m
