Hi,
Synchr0nicity is fighting in the tournament across Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays however we have come across difficulties in gathering enough pilots for the Friday matches. We are an E.U. based alliance and only a small one at that and thus most people are working during the week days (e.g. Monday through to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday free). Basically we request would it be possible for our Friday fights to be moved to later times or a Saturday.

Actually Blood Blind gets the earliest times 2 weeks running just because its higher in the Alphabet. Would be nice if you guys did things alot more randomly.
invest in a bingo machine!
I can take 1 half day from work, one week but two is alittle difficult...

i know and understand this im not trying to make out we are the only people in this situation i do feel sorry for you and its not done by ur alliance name u know its just because ur group A.

nah sorry jack its me, im looking after soulrgr atm.
Know what u mean though. Friday afternoon two weeks running is pretty harsh on work for me.

I understand we will be hard pushed alot of my guys cant get any time off  and i cant make anything befor 16:00 so prutty much whoever can get pilots on will get threw

Try having US-based players and having matches between 9am and noon. The Friday date is rough on everyone in the tourney, but it's not like we didn't know it was a possibility when signing up. I suggest looking into setups that require less pilots for those matches where you won't have access to as many as you like. Good luck to ya either way.

Hey all.
A couple of things regarding the schedule:
Firstly, there is not much we can do to change the scheduled matches for alliances fighting early on the Fridays. This is simply a case of "luck of the draw", and alliances will need to be flexible enough to accommodate this. Each tournament, there are a few alliances who get the short straw and have to fight first up on the Friday. That said, it *is* an alliance tournament, and surely you will have a sufficient pool of pilots to draw on to make up the numbers in your team 
Remember also that the people you are fighting will be in exactly the same situation as you.
Secondly, to address your concern about being higher in the alphabet - the reason Blood Blind is first in Group A is because they came out of the hat first. The group schedule you see reflects the *exact* order in which alliances were drawn from a hat. The video of the draw will be made available through EVE TV.

fair enough, just coincidence i guess.
Dont mistake my tone here, im just curious to know why was all.
Guess im taking some half days on work... you reckon CCP could give me several months free EvE time to compensate?
