I use a Dominix for lvl 4's right now, drones are getting annoying -_-
so i'm thinking of getting a Megathron for missions
7x 425mm Prototype Rails
4x Cap Recharger II
1x LARII
2x MFSII
1x Beta Reactor Control Diagnostic System
3x Specific Hardener/EANMII's
2x CCC
1x Aux Nano Pump
325 dps w/o drones, 605 with Ogre II's Very Happy
221 dps tanked, omni (how do you do specific damage in EFT? o.o)
crits please..
My dual LAR domi tanks about 550 dps perma, this can only tank 220 perma... how do i do missions with this? my domi's tank is strained in some lvl 4's o.o...

Mega isn't that good for Lv4's, Domi is by far the best gallente bs for them....that said;

636 DPS total; guns and drones {356 dps from guns only, antimatter}
36km Opt, 29km Fall.
You'll want some decent gear for tanking, but that'll get you on par with your domi.

I used the same fit, works well, but changing magnetic field stabilizer per damage control

You don't need to worry about tanking much in a mega in lvl 4's. What you need instead is range, range, and then a bit more range. If you always stay beyond around 50km or so, no one will ever hit you, and you can instapop frigs, and take cruisers out with a volley + some (good gunnery skills required). Battlecruisers also fall fairly easily, and battleships are never the worry when mission running.
This is the setup i used before i went back to my raven (gunnery skills were too low to compete... and the raven is much easier to afk with - though not as good as the domi :P)

No, this is not cap stable. No, it doesn't need to be cap stable. With 4/4 cap skills, you have enough cap to run the guns and cycle the reps every once in a while.
