Greetings.
I know and realize that I am a new face to this forum, but I respectfully request another set of eyes to review a prospectus I've been working on. Since this prospectus is still in draft form, I would ask that you conact me ingame for the appropriate link, as well as discuss any opinions/questions you may have.
It is my intention to post the completed work on this forum on or about the 15th of February. Admittedly, I am not a forum person, so I did not take into account the position of this forum until tonight. Naturally, I am looking for opinions and questions from the more prominent posters here, though I will answer anyone.

Peer review generally works best with more exposure.
Post your work in progress here and I guarantee the amount of help you get will be vastly superior to what any individual can do for you.
A mixture of opinions and thoughts articulated from a group as opposed to an individual will always help you more.

Normally I'd recommend not listening to a sketchy scamming scoundrel (alliteration anyone?) such as Reithe...but in this paticular case, he's correct.

I certainly agree, and in due process, peer review will happen. Frankly, at this point in time, I do not feel as though I am personally prepared to answer all questions regarding this venture, and therefore am seeking a more focused level of attention.

Hmm...and here i thought my post was obvious about its DISAGREEMENT with cogwheel's conclusion. I suppose it's only obvious to a non-******. sorry kwint, i can't be covering all the bases all the time.

I think what was meant was something like:
"If you're going to be scammed and robbed of all your hard-earned ISK, at least the perpetrator was nice about it, and didn't also choose to malign your heritage or your mother's honor in the process."
Not saying "Oh goodie, I got scammed by a nice guy", but more of a "I got scammed" VS a "I got scammed and insulted".

No, I'm not a faceless alt... OK, by the strictest definition I am. :P My main's Luc Simeon and I also have another character named Gina Simeon. I'll provide my limited key to anyone who asks privately. This Cogwheel "alt" was created for my market experiment, and will probably end up being my main. The faceless part is entirely CCP's fault. 
For the record, there is one particular pvp incident I had in mind when I first posted in this thread... I suppose it doesn't quite qualify as ganking, but hyperbole is a wonderful tool imo.
